I received the following question from Liddi;

I dreamed that i had authority over a beast that came down from a mountain to devour a group of people. In the dream I bound it and saw it come to nothing but a small ball which I then flung away. The group was still terrified that it would return but I tried to tell them their faith would determine what will happen. In the dream I also used my authority to open doors that have been locked on the inside for others to go in. How is this authority activated? Is it only by faith?
