Ask Donnell - Does God have a soul mate for me?

I received the following question from a young lady in India;

pastor, is it true soulmates exist.......that God has a guy for you, he made him when he made you............like Eve for adam or rebekah for isaac.....or do you beleive that it is our duty to talk to some ten or something odd guys and make a decision for ourselves........... if God has a soulmate prepared for you, he can bring him out of any part of the world to you, right? pls answer, i am so confused.
